City of Eugene Park Rental Information
Park and Recreation Rental Brochure (541) 682-4800 The City of Eugene offers
outdoor recreational shelters with water and electricity to rent at Alton Baker
Park with capacities of 110 & 150. Owen Rose Garden is available to rent for weddings,
with a capacity of 50, and the stage at the Washington/Jefferson Park is also
available to rent for special events. Permits to reserve picnic shelters may be

This center has a touch of class and gardens and is located in a beautiful park
setting. It features a lovely outdoor courtyard suitable for all occasions, from
anniversary parties to beautiful weddings and receptions. This facility is also
ideal for meetings and family or group events. It is conveniently located close
to downtown and has accessible parking.
DIVA: Downtown Initiative for the Visual Arts

Use of the projector/screen/dvd/sound system
is $20/hour.
DIVA offers space rentals for classes, meetings, events, films,
receptions and parties. The
community room accommodates 40-60 theater style
preference given to visual arts-related events.

Nestled against the slope of Skinner Butte, the "castle on the hill" is one of
Eugene's most familiar and loved landmarks. Completed in 1888, the house is the
most elaborate example of the Queen Anne Victorian Style architecture in Eugene.

The Center for Meeting and Learning is a
contemporary conference facility located on the main campus of Lane
Community College. The Center features a 6900 square-foot main event space,
high-tech auditorium, breakout rooms, demonstration kitchen, computer
training labs and a spacious and light lobby with alcoves. In addition to
its versatile event space, the Center has full service, in-house catering
with a variety of options. The Center accommodates campus, community and
regional events of all types. Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management
students have the opportunity to work side by side with the Center’s
professional staff in a learning lab environment.

NYC
is a non-profit located in the quiet residential
neighborhood of Laurel Hill Valley, located 5 minutes east of the UO,
and conveniently adjacent to I-5. Our campus has an LTD bus stop. Enjoy
this site’s attractive location for your outdoor/indoor rental needs.
Our multi-use room can accommodate 200 seated guests and has a stage,
podium, and audio visual rental options. In addition to our indoor
facilities, NYC has a natural grass field that is rentable by the hour
and outdoor community garden plots that are rentable by the season.
All revenues go back to supporting this youth development program.

meeting hall which is connected to both of the dining halls via sliding
doors, can seat 448 people and can be arranged to seat an additional 200
plus persons for dining if necessary. The two dining halls can seat
approximately 275 people. One of the dining halls can also be opened to the
main meeting hall allowing an additional 200 seats for the main meeting
hall. In addition to the dining halls there is a fully certified kitchen,
which includes a large 6 burner stove top, double oven and grill top, and
cooking utensils.
Also available, a fourth hall which can accommodate an additional 100+
people. This room could be utilized as a music room or under special
circumstances, permits may be acquired to allow alcohol to be served.
